The satisfaction of our customer is our priority. Each and every order from NBprintex is custom printed for the individual or business who orders it, which means that we cannot re-stock or resell the material that’s returned to us.
Please start a dispute to return your fabrics at NBprintex and request for a refund or reprint within seven days on receiving your order. Also please be sure to include pictures of the problem. We do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you.
Color varies from your computer monitor and the printed fabric. And it is normal in such cases where the monitor is in RGB mode and the printer is CMYK ink. Also if you have a specific fabric color to follow, please let us in advance before placing the order.
Also color may vary from order to order as there are no identical products in the world. And color can be affected by humidity, temperature, washing time, labor and other factors. Slight color difference should be acceptable
Regarding ready-made fabrics, the pictures are only for reference and it might be influenced by the light or angle or shooting. Please be subject to the actual products. The ready goods are not refundable due to color issues.
In most of the occasions, we will help to check if the pattern is good to print carefully. But you are responsible for what’s uploaded unless there’s an email or notice given to us before placing the order.
Flawed, wrong or damaged fabric
1) If you find we are sending the wrong quality. You may either claim to exchange it to the right one or request for a refund or meanwhile send back the wrong item with your courier account.
2) If the fabric is missing during shipping, please contact info@NBprintex
3) If there are items missing in the order, please contact info@NBprintex.
4) If there’s damage on the fabric that’s believed to be caused during shipping. Please check the package thoroughly before signing or directly reject it in front of your door. Also be sure to take pictures as NBprintex may need evidence to dispute with the courier company and get our customer refunded.
5) If you find your fabric is severely damaged or flawed, Please provide a photo and clear description of the damage or flaw to NBprintex. Once we confirm the issue after receiving your return. We will refund the original payment in 14 days. If the issue is not confirmed as flawed or damaged, we will ship back the returned package to the original order address and cancel the refund request.
6) Note: You have 15 days to let us know if there’s an issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window.
