Polyurethane laminate (PUL, thermal stretch, fuzzy rubber) is a compound fabric made by laminating a cloth fabric to one or both sides of a thin film of polyurethane. And this fabric is laminated only on the back side of the fabrics. The front side with your custom prints is not laminated. So it makes a perfect material for diapers.
